How to Cancel an Unpaid Order on AliExpress
Step 1: Log into Your AliExpress Account
To cancel an unpaid order on AliExpress, you first need to log into your account. You can do this by clicking on the "Log In" link at the top of the AliExpress homepage.
Step 2: Select the Order You Want to Cancel
Once you are logged in, click on the "My Orders" link at the top of the page. This will take you to a list of all of your orders, both paid and unpaid.
Find the order that you want to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" button.
Step 3: Confirm Your Cancellation
A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm your cancellation. Click on the "Cancel Order" button again to confirm.
Your order will now be canceled and the funds will be returned to your account.
Tips
- You can only cancel an unpaid order.
- If you have already paid for your order, you will need to contact the seller to request a cancellation.
- If the seller does not respond to your request within 72 hours, you can file a dispute with AliExpress.
